We accept
returns and exchanges of unused,damaged and defective wallpaper within 30 days
or decals with 14 days of delivery.We do not accept returns on customized
orders and items.
Items should be
packed in their original packaging and in their original condition. We
recommend using Post office carriers with a tracking number.
Shipping charges
and Customs Taxes are not refundable.
We do not offer
free returns - the customer pays return fees.
Once your return
is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund. To be eligible for a return, your item
must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also
be in the original packaging.
Please let us
know if your item is lost or damaged during transit, and we will file a claim
with the carrier. You should provide pictures of the damaged items.
Shipments with
"Arriving later" status or marked "Delivered" - are not
considered lost.
We require all
returned merchandise to be packed in its original condition otherwise the order
loses all commercial value. Any order returned poorly packed or with evidence
of product being used, will not qualify for a refund. For the same reason, returns
of partial orders do not qualify for refunds.
We offer samples
from our products to test our items before installation since they may not be
suitable for every surface. It is the client's sole responsibility to try our
items before use.
Our products do
not qualify as defective if: the color is a bit different from that on the
screen, the measurements purchased are wrong, the item does not meet your expectation
and the wallpaper material purchased is not suitable for the project, or
installation issues.
